Bible Truths Curriculum, Levels A-F for grades 7-12

Bob Jones University Press

student worktexts - $16.50 each; teacher’s editions - $49 each $13 $8

There are six books in the upper level Bible Truths series for junior and senior high students. Start at the first book in the series, regardless of age, because of the sequence of the study. These worktexts are excellent and can be used either with or without Teacher’s Editions. Teacher’s Editions are helpful, but there is plenty of material to work with without them. Most lessons open with a story to illustrate the theme, then study the Scripture from which the lesson is drawn. Memory work is included. Wall charts, test packets, and answer keys to test packets are available for some of these books, although I don’t think homeschoolers need them. Check the BJUP catalog for options.

Level A: New Testament, Learning from the Life of Christ
Level B: Old Testament, Portraits from the Old Testament
Level C: New Testament, Lessons from the Early Church
Level D: Old Testament, Themes from the Old Testament
Level E: New Testament, Directions for Early Christians
Level F: Patterns for Christian Living

As of December 2008, Levels A-D are available in the third edition, while Levels E and F are in the second edition. Content in third editions is essentially the same, but the layout is improved with full-color throughout each student text.
