Like CLEP exams, DSST exams can be taken by high school students or adults to earn college credits for independent study or some other method than a traditional college course. DSST exams are available for unusual subjects such as Environmental Science, Statistics, Astronomy, Technical Writing, and Computing and Information Technology.
