The Child's Story Bible

Child's Story Bible

The Child's Story Bible by Catherine Vos is one of the few Bible storybooks directed to children that is true to the Bible in format and content. It retells the Bible in language children understand but edits parts that are beyond the range of a child's experience. Children can understand the "big picture" of God's plan by hearing almost all of His word in context rather than in the isolated Bible stories that are usually offered to children. You might want to also use felt figures to make the stories come alive as you read.
