Memoria Press Video Stories of Famous Men of Greece

Memoria Press Video Stories of Famous Men of Greece

Memory Press has published the book Famous Men of Greece with stories of famous and influential men from ancient Greece. Now they have created a number of free YouTube® videos about some of these men. Thus far, six videos are available about Solon, Aristides, Themistocles, Pericles, Alexander the Great, and Demosthenes. These stories stress the virtues and positive character traits of each man.

Some of the details within these video presentations overlap with the content of the book, but much of it is different. The stories each run for ten minutes or less, and the stories are presented by a number of different presenters—all of them excellent.

These videos should be useful as supplements for any study of ancient Greece done with students in fourth grade through high school.
