Written in response to the hard-line evolution position of the National Academy of Sciences, Refuting Evolution responds to the major pro-evolution arguments taught in colleges and public schools as well as propagated through popular media. As it challenges, it also presents support for creation and intelligent design as a more rational alternative. It addresses natural selection theory, variations within species, missing links, bird and whale "evolution," humans and supposed evolutionary ancestors, astronomical anomalies, the age of the earth, and the evidence for intelligent design. This is an easy-to-read, 140-page book that should be very good for high school students.
